We Didn't Start As A
Software Company.
We started as gym owners. Frustrated gym owners. The kind who were paying for 5+ different tools, duct-taping workflows together, and still couldn't answer the simple question: “Am I actually making money?”
We weren't developers trying to find a niche. We were operators drowning in software that was clearly built by people who had never stepped foot inside a gym. Every platform we tried was either bloated with features we'd never use, or missing the one thing we actually needed. The tools that existed were built for the “general fitness industry” by big software companies checking boxes on a feature list. None of them understood what it's actually like to run a gym.
So we built our own. Not from a template. Not from a playbook. From the actual chaos of running a gym every single day. From the 6AM open to the 9PM close. From chasing leads in the DMs to wondering why your billing software can't talk to your scheduling software. From the real, raw, ugly problems that big software companies don't even know exist because they've never lived them.
